Although the weather may not have cooperated with us, we made the best of the 2012 season and had a much greater turnout than we had ever expected! We would like to thank each and every member for attending our rides and do sincerely hope that we were able to help make your snowmobiling vacation something special! thank you for telling your friends and bringing them with, Thank you for participating on the forum and thank you for your support! This forum is for Sledders, By Sledders and we welcome everyone's opinions and comments! We are looking forward to next years riding season and are expecting to help take you to the next level in your riding experience! Our Giveback ride was a HUGE success! We had a great donation for the Munising food pantry, Our 50/50 raffle for Pink ribbon Riders raised $216.00 with the big winner SOBFrogg donating 1/2 of his winnings ($108.00) back to PRR bringing our total donation up to $324.00! That is Fantastic and we appreciate everyone who participated and contributed!  We would also like to thank all of our sponsors that Donated some products back to our members. Jen and I had been in contact with them for a little while and told them of our idea, to which they were very helpful and gracious to join in the giving feeling. Special thanks to Sled start, Sled Bitch, Trail Jams/Yamaheater, Suburban synthetics/Amsoil, Comfort Inn and RedWarriorII. Be sure to let them know that you appreciate them being a sponsor and giving back! Tell your freinds and neighbors about them and comment on their sections in our forums! Next up is our end of the year Bash at Running Bear Resort in Paulding, Mi. Be sure to check out our rides section on the forum for information. We will be grilling out each night in the pavilion area, the resort has a huge charcoal grill for us to use and the pavilion is tarped in with a propane heater, enough to take the chill off but we will not be running around in t-shirts! Saturday night will be a chilli cook out, Bring a crock pot of your favorite chilli recipe and a big appetite to try out all of the different types that will be available! Mr. and Mrs, Running bear will be showing us some of their favorite off trail spots and have promised some very unique scenery! All of the cabins are full but the Watersmeet casino is only 8 miles down the road by car. If you still wish to attend please know that you are welcome to join us for any ride at any time! Everyone is welcome, Every time! Just grab a room at the casino and you will be a 7 minute drive from Running bear, Be sure to come for the evening cookouts!

Our next ride is Presidents weekend in the Beautiful area of Munising, Mi. For this ride we would like to do something a little different. We have been thinking about giving back to the community that hosts us for our snowmobiling enjoyment. We all know that it takes one person to travel in the wrong area and it puts a black mark on the entire Sledding community. Why don't we Give something back to the community and try to give Sledders a good name. We would like to have a food drive to help those who may be less fortunate in the area, we have all suffered in one way shape or form from this economy and as Americans we need to stick together and help each other out. If you could please bring a non perishable item along with you for Saturday evening activities, it would be greatly appreciated!

We will also be hosting a 50/50 raffle with the proceeds from this going to Pink ribbon Riders as a donation from Midwestsledders.com. and..... you never know what other tricks may be up our sleeves. Come on out and lets go riding! This is a great way to meet new people who share the same passion for our sport as you do, You can ride some new areas or show someone else an area that you know. all in all each ride is a new adventure and we have met some wonderful people along the way! Everyone is Welcome! Any Horse any Color, We don't care what you ride as long as you ride!

Thanks to good old Mother nature, we are changing our plans for our Gaylord Michigan ride. we will be moving to Ishpeming, Mi. located in the U.P.
